Account Safety

You are solely responsible for the security of your Escoin account and password, as well as all activities that occur under your log-in email, Escoin account, and password (including but not limited to information disclosure, information posting, consent to or submission of various rules and agreements by clicking on the website, online renewal of agreement or online purchase of services, etc.).

You acknowledge and accept that:

Escoin is not and will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to adhere to this agreement. You accept that Escoin will need a fair amount of time to act on your request, and Escoin will not be liable for any repercussions (including, but not limited to, any losses) that occur before such steps are taken.

Escoin maintains a policy of working cooperatively with law enforcement agencies around the world, and will not hesitate to seize, freeze, or cancel the accounts and funds of Users who have been flagged or investigated by a legal authority.

Escoin monitors user accounts on a regular basis to guarantee compliance with international laws and originations, as well as to strengthen platform security and meet worldwide compliance needs. As a result, inhabitants of the United States of America and Canada (including residents and citizens, or through agency or representation, bound by the laws of these nations) are unable to acquire or sell Escoin.
